Solutions

Expert Solution

In a business, businessmen make counterfeit goods of inferior quality which sold under another brand name without brand owners authorisation. Other sellers violates copyright, patent or trademarks rights. These counterfeit goods hurts sales of main buisness. In such a case the marketing team of the business should have to identify these spams and frauds from market. Then the legal action is valid once they find that theire trademarks, patent or copyrights are being violated. After proper legal procedure, they will get the amount of loss from the opposition and the opposition then will have no power to produce counterfeit goods. As then the counterfeit goods will be stopped, the sales of buisness will automatically increase as now they have market of their own.
