BRIC 's have potential to generate ggrowth in the economy through innovation. The BRICS economies have increased their openness to international trade. They have widen the GDP growth of the economy through export . And this can be possible through innovation. it has been developin in R & D and also involved in FDI.

Research and development can create many jobs which is direct one. A direct job is a kind of job which is created by individual themself. while indirect job includes that who support the processes of manufacturing. while induced job means job that are created when there is spending of money by the employees who themself worked as employee and generating employment further. Another example of direct job is through technological advancement . Technology has created more jobs which is direct in nature.

Building power transmission lines create indirect job , there have been improvement in this sector due to innovation.
