The colonization of experience of several Asian countries encountered Western modernity. The Asian culture is a mix of western and traditional factors. The dressing style, language, culture were based on some western influence. One side it shows positive influence, the living standard and other social habits were improved. On the other hand, it destroys the years of culture and eliminates the prestigious histories. There were several companies and industries were started provide employment opportunities to the workers. This attains higher economic growth and development. There is high level of migration from rural areas to urban areas.

Most of the Asian middle class workers engaged in agricultural sector and unorganised sectors. Agriculture was the main livelihood of the people. Others were engaged in construction works, daily wagers, manual labourers etc. Most of their educational qualification was intermediary. Only a small percentage of people doing higher education. Due to lack of education make them work in these unorganised sectors. In remote areas there is lack of education facilities and small number of schools. This shifted the family to an urban area. This creates the increasing number of slums in metropolitan cities. A large amount of people lived in rural areas depending on agriculture. Modernisation and industrialisation make some changes in rural areas make the migration of people from rural to urban. High level industries and other organisations develop their branches in remote areas improve the employment level in this remote areas. They get job from this industries. But the middle class people expect more from their children. The main reason for the small amount of migration to cities is the education of their children. They don’t want to make a life that they faced. They wish for a better life for their children and the next generation. They don’t wish to get a life which lead by them for their children.
