  • What does "ethical" eating mean to you? Does this ever come into play when you make decisions about what to eat? Explain.
  • What does "sustainable" eating mean to you? Does this ever come into play when you make decisions about what to eat? Explain.
  • Would you make some changes in the way that you eat? Describe.
  • Are you concerned about the amount of plastic, Styrofoam, and paper waste that is produced as a result of your eating? Do you have some ideas as far as how you might start to reduce it?

1. In simple terms ethical eating means eating in a way that is more defined by the availability of food in each season thereby preventing food wastage. It also means using every part of the plant and animal that one prefers to consume.

I personally take care of not cooking and consuming more than required and also take care of reducing food wastage.

2. Sustainable eating means consuming food in a way that it is available to the next generation or to all living being in present generation.

My focus of not wasting food is in a way an approach towards not wasting food and thus consuming it in a sustainable way.

3. Yes I would prefer to be more open to consuming vegan food. It is because of the recent cases of rise in diseases in human beings due to consumption of animals both domestic and wild.

4. Yes food packing is now a days one of the largest sector all across the globe. A lot of plastic, paper and other materials is used to pack food. Around 23% of landfill wastage in USA is due to container and packaging
