Answer :

UN declaration of human rights talks about Universal Human Rights for young people which are :

1)Right to Life -We all have the right to life i.e freedom to live and safety

2)We are all born free and equal i.e we all have our own thought process and ideas and are born free to be treated in the same way.

3)Don't Discriminate ie Irrespective of our differences we have equal rights

4)No Slavery i.e Nobody has the right to make us slaves and we cannot make anyone our slaves.

5)We all are equal before Law i.e the law is the same for everyone and all should be treated fairly

6)Right to Nationality ie, We all have the right to belong to one country.

7)Right to seek a safe place to live i.e if we are not feeling safe in our country then we have rights to move away

8)Right to Privacy i.e Nobody has the right to come and bother one without a good reason or hurt one's name

9)Freedom to move i.e we all can move in our country freely and if we wish to travel to other countries we can do that

10)We are always innocent till proven guilty i.e until and unless we are proved guilty in the court of law then no one can say we are wrong.

11)No fair Detainment i.e Nobody has the right to put someone in prison without a good reason.or can send us away from the country.

12)Human Rights are protected by Law i.e we can seek the help of law when we are not treated fairly.

Whereas, Foundational principles of America talks about Federalism and Limited Government where people delegate certain powers to national government and while state and people retain all other powers.also the government has only limited powers which have been granted to them by the constitution, and if the powers are not in the constitution then it does not lies with the government. Also in the Foundational principle, there has been a check and balance put to prevent accumulation of power to one branch of Government. Also, it has been criticized on Human rights issues, including the least protection of workers of most western countries, imprisonment of debtors and criminalization of homelessness and poverty issues also for ill-treatment of immigrants and through invading the privacy of its citizens through surveillance. programmes

Due to Such reasons UN Human Rights has been hostile to foundational  principles of America.
