HUMAN RIGHTS are basic rights of an individual including right for freedom, equality, dignity, peace, justice, education, etc. The Universal declaration of Human Rights states that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Human rights are inherent and all are supposed to get equal rights regardless of caste, gender, religion etc. If we are looking into the work sector, now a days everyone is getting equal job opportunities without having the discrimination of gender. Individuals are supposed to behave in a polite and friendly manner to their collegues. Liberty as well as fraternity are key components of human rights. Severals laws are established in order to protect the basic rights of human beings. In society , human rights helps in upliftment of individuals by providing suitable environment for attaining their full potential. Everyone should be aware of their basic rights and should not deny others rights.
