Consider these two views: One person says that all property should be held in common, another person says that property should be divided into private holdings. Which of the two ideas would you agree with more? Explain your reasoning.

Solutions

Expert Solution

First person says that all property should be held in common means that all common people should have a holding on property. It means that neither government nor private sector should have a right on property but property should be held by all in common. Another people says that property should be divided into private holdings. It means that private holdings should have equal right on property. Both the ideas are adequate in particular circumstances but we have to select the best option according to point of view. According to the current situation property should be divided in private holdings is a better option because private holdings are very efficient. If property is divided into public holdings then they will take care of the property very efficiently and they will grow the property according to their efficiency but if property is held in common then it can be very difficult.
