* Current nutritional recommendations are
* Select a diet plan which is suitable for our body type ( ectomorphic,mesomorphic
and endomorphic body types) and follow it in entire life.
* Diet plan must include food items from all food groups.( Carbohydrates,protein
fruits and vegetables,milk and dairy products,fat and sugars)
* Avoid overuse of saturated fat and sugar containing foods.(Cheese,butter,pork
ice cream,lard,dark chicken meat etc)
* More preference give to vegetables,fruits,low fat foods and protein containing foods
in diet plan.
* Follow low sodium diet plan and in case of adults if using alcohol one drink per day
for women and two drink per day for men.
