Health Education- is any combination of learning experiences designed to help individuals and communities improve their health, by increasing their knowledge or influencing their attitudes.

* Health education is the process given to individuals or to promote health and prevent disease, disability and premature death through education-driven voluntary behavior change activities.

* Health education is the development of individual, group, institutional, community and systemic strategies to improve health knowledge, attitudes, skills and behavior.

* The purpose of health education is to positively influence the health behavior of individuals and communities as well as the living and working conditions that influence their health.

Barrier of health education-

To giving health education to people or groups there are many factors which influence the health education or they are the obstruction to providing health education to people. They are called Barrier of health education.

Major barrier of health education are-

1. Social determinants that are barriers for rural communities in accessing health education include:

A. Cultural and social norms surrounding health behaviours.

B. Language and education level of the people or groups.

2. Educator factor

* If the attitude of the educator towards the patient is not good he can not give the proper health education the patient.

* Knowledge-  health educator must have the sound knowledge about the topic which he us going to present before patient. He should have proper explanations anything he tells to the people.

3. Before giving the health education to patient, assess the level of the patient education to communicate properly.

4. Health education should be given in the language which patient can understand easily.

5. Physiological barrier- if patient have some physiological problem like deafness, blindness, health education can to be given.

6. Psychological barrier- if patient have psychological problems like stress, anxiety, depression, neurosis etc health education can not received its beneficial effects.

7. Entertainmental barrier- when the health education is given environment should be cool and calm. In a noisy environment health education can not be given.

POLITICAL CLIMATE- the aggregate mood or openion of the population about current political issues that affect said population in some way.

The political climate is the aggregate mood and opinions of a political society at a particular time. It is generally used to describe when the state of mood and opinion is changing or unstable rather than in a state of equilibrium.

Barrier in promotion of political climate are the individual facor like openion regarding the political parties, values, belief etc.
