Expert Solution

Health professionals have a central role in maintaining public trust in vaccination, including addressing parents’ concerns. The nurse may tell Deborah about clinical presentations of vaccine-preventable diseases, including early symptoms.Actually the purpose of a vaccine is to introduce the considerable amount of antigens, the components of viruses or bacteria that cause illness, to allow a memory immune response to develop without making a person sick. Memory immune response activates when the immune system recognizes a vaccine component as “foreign,” and then cells of the immune system flock to the area and activate the immune system to respond to the invader. Once the immune response has succeeded in protecting the body from the invader, a small number of cells that would recognize the invader remain and circulate throughout the bloodstream; these are known as memory cells. Multiple doses are recommended becuase it takes several doses of the vaccine to induce an adequate immune response. The pertussis, tetanus and diphtheria vaccines are some examples.Pain and inflammation are signs that your children immune system are making antibodies in response to the viruses in the vaccine. Pain may subside within one or two days . Here trauma is for a good cause , as ur daughters will be safe from preventable diseases which may improve their quality of life.
