You note the baby appears a little pale, capillary refill is greater than 5seconds and his conjunctiva are pale? Capillary refill should be brisk less than 2 seconds.prolonged refill may be associated with poor systemic perfusion or a cool ambient tempreature.in this case little pale capillary refill is greater than 5 second.
