8. Polypharmacy is term refers to use of large number of medications taken in one time or in single day may be five or more medications. There is greater risk of adverse drug events, drug interactions, reduced functional capacity, medication non- adherence etc.

9. Measuring weight and height at each visit is important to calculate growth of individual or child. Most of the immunization given to child is dependent upon the weight of child. To keep record of growth improvement in health care system it is necessary to measure height and weight every time of visit. It is also used to calculate body mass index so that one can differ healthy verses unhealthy.

10. Body composition and function varies by age. Age affects the cellular, molecular and tissue level changes in body. Drug absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion these pharmacokinetics factors are taken into account before deciding drug dosage related to age.
