The term pyschological distress means that a person has unplesant feelings and emotions and which may result in the level of functioning
For the first option(i.e 1) i think the nervousness that an individual is feeling may be becuase of some tedious work or even due to the work pressure in this case we should make him feel relaxed by doing the extra curricular activites like playing,dining and other things by which an individual is stress free
For the second option(i.e 2) it can be said that the individual is calm and peaceful which will often result in the betterment for the company
For the third option(i.e 3) it can be said that one is feeling this due to some up's and down's which is going in his life in this case the individual needs to show an empathy for him and help him as for boosting his moral and which will adversely effect in the betterment of the company
For the fourth option(i.e 4) the peroson is already happy and that will reflect in his wok
