1) MEASUREMENT DRIVE BEHAVIOUR:- it is really important to find out all the identify the goal of the organization. after the identification of goals, it is really important to keep a check over the drive behaviors of the organization, this would be very helpful in project management.

2) TEAMWORK:- as mentioned in the article it is really important to work with the team as teamwork will only lead to the success of the project. working alone or individual would not get that much success the team would get to the whole team and their organization.

3) SEEK ANSWERS:- as mentioned in the article it is really important to seek answers to the problems. this will lead to the work happens effectively and efficiently in the organization regarding the project and the work would also be done speedily.

4) WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER:- ever since we are growing up we have learned about working harder but in this project management sometimes we have to think smartly and work smart instead of working hard.
