1) MEASUREMENT DRIVE BEHAVIOUR:- it is really important to find out all the identify the goal of the organization. after the identification of goals, it is really important to keep a check over the drive behaviors of the organization, this would be very helpful in project management.

2) TEAMWORK:- as mentioned in the article it is really important to work with the team as teamwork will only lead to the success of the project. working alone or individual would not get that much success the team would get to the whole team and their organization.
