1)Care for bleeeding injury:

Before start to treat the wound need to assess the severity of wound and check any object surrounding the site of the injury.After hand wash put a clean latex gloves ,then place a sterile bandage or gamjee pad over the wound and press firmly with palm to control the bleeding.If the wound is on the arm or leg ,raise the injured limd above heart level,it help to slow the bleeding.Apply constant pressure untill to contol bleeding.The vitals signs need to check and watch for hypotesion, gudiness.If needed ,Intravenous fliud therapy can be start as per the doctors order.

  • 2)Shock and care of patient:

shock is a life threatening condition that occurs when the body is not getting enogh blood circulation.The cells and organs will not get enough oxygen and nutients due to lack of blood flow .If untreated, these can lead to a permanent organ damage or even death .The shock may occur from trauma,blood loos,an allergic reaction,severe intection,poisoning,severe burns and heat stoke or electric source. The symptoms are lowblood pressure,clod and clammy skin,taccypnoea or bradypnoea,taccycardia or bradycarida,dizziness,fainting or weakness.

care of patient with shock:

Lay the patient doun in supine posion and elevate the legs and feet slightly.assess the patient and begin the CPR ,if the persons have no pulse or breating.Intravenous fliud therapyand blood transfusion can be start for hypovolemic shock.If the shock is due to septic will treat with antibiotic therapy.

3)Asthma and care:

It is a respiratory condition that airway become inflamed ,narrow, swell and produce extra mucus, these leads to difficulty yo breath.The main causes are common cold ,dust, pooen,pet dander etc.The symptoms are shortness of breath ,chest tightness or pain,wheezing ,cough,dyspnea

  • Educate the patient to avod the allegic substances,
  • asses the history of allery,
  • evaluate the respiratory rate,
  • monotor the oxygen level ,
  • administer the oxygen as perthe requirements,
  • keep the patient in sitting position,
  • encourage the patient for deepbreathing exercise,
  • nebulisation as per the doctors order,
  • asses the nutrional level.
