Answer to 1st queston:

Diabetes or Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic condition in which blood glucose levels increases continuously more than normal level in the body. Diabetes is the major health concern for everyone on these days.It is usually occurs when the cells in the body does not react to insulin or when the pancreas doesnot produce enough amount of insulin required by body.

- The Glucose in the food is used by cells in the body as source of energy. The beta cells present in the pancreas releases insulin whenever blood glucose level is high .so if insulin does not work properly to move glucose from the blood into cells then glucose stay in blood leads to increase in blood glucose levels. when inulin production or in action, then blood glucose levels increases leads to Hyperglycemia. If this situation continues then leads to Diabetes.

Answer to 2nd queston:

Diabetes is classified into 2 types as Type1 diabetes and Type 2 diabetes.

Type1 diabetes:   It occurs when immune system is fighting with infection in the body , it also attacks and destroys the Insulin producing Beta cells of Pancreas . It causes no production or insufficient amount of insulin in body present.

Type 2 diabetes: This is most commonly seen in people and it is long term disease in people which caused by the body does not produce insulin and results in high blood glucose levels in the body. it is mostly in people with obesity, genetic reasons or environmental . This type diabetes is controlled by taking medication or insulin to manage it. Some people does exercise and healthy diet maintains to control glucose levels.

other diabetes types are

Prediabetes:  In this situation, the blood glucose levels are high than normal level but it does not consider as diabetes because it is Asymptamatic.

Gestational diabetes: It occurs mainly due to the production of insulin blocking hormones during pregnancy which does not produce insulin and can not control blood glucose levels.

Answer to 3rd queston:

To maintain blood glucose levels within normal level, then must take care and

-have to eat healthy food like low in salt, fat, sugar and high in fiber such as beans, vegetables, grains.

--Doing regular exercise everyday like walking, sports, cleaning house and it helps to lower body fat, lowers blood suger,

-- Taking medication regularly as prescribed by physician,

-- type 1 diabetic patients must take insulin every day because the damage to production of insulin is permanent. so they must take insulin shots everyday.

--keep checking blood sugar levels and it helps to how much insulin to take or to havegood nutrition choices.

Answer to 4th queston:

The diabetic person can faint when blood sugar levels are low known this condition as Hypoglycemia. it occurs when the person decreases taking food or having too much insulin in the body which causes dizziness or feels lightheadedness . Even exercising too much also causes person to faint due to lack of glucose levels in the brain to function.
