One task that I will need to perform in my future career is dealing with employee relations. I have been through different scenarios and learnt on how to deal with them.I will apply the knowledge I have acquired throughout this course when solving employee's conflict, discharging their duties and when dealing with matters concerning employee compensation.

When preparing for a job interview, I will:

a) Find out what type of interview I will be participating in.

b) I would go through my resume so as to have the information I have written down in mind incase I am asked questions related to it.

c) I will call upon a friend to ask me some questions so as to boost my confidence and ability to answer questions properly.

d) I would also carry out a research on the organization carrying out the interview and the position I had applied for.

These activities would ensure that I have adequately prepared myself for the interview.
