Hospice care is a form of health care that always considering about the palliative care of a terminally ill patient's disease condition , pain and symptoms and also making sure that their spiritual and emotional needs are met at the last moments of th eir life. Hospice care are always focusing and con sidering on the increasing of quality of life by reducing pain and suffering and also ensuring the comfort.

Palliative care is a sort of approach towards the sick individual so that to improve the quality of life of the sick indibidual or the patients who are seriously ill and also considering their families to copup with the problem associated with life-threatening illness of the family member. Palliation focusses on assessment and treatment of pain and other physical problems, psychosocial issues and spiritual matters.
