1. Life review is mainly focus on the recollection of memory that is something important, special or  sufficient for the all the needs which is  mainly happens in the past.Life review therapy involves adults referring to the memorisation of their past to acheive a sense of peace about their lives and can reveal important memories about their loved ones, childhood, historical events, purpose and values. The life review can also with difficult memories that keeping you from feeling at peace.Life review therapy can be used for educational, therapeutic, informative.

Reminiscing is the recollecting the episodes that personally live in the past which comes by spontaneous process or deliberatively. This help to improve the self esteem and it helps mainly in older patient with a sense of fulfilment and comfort as they look bac at their lives.Remeniscis  is mainly helpful for the dementia patient to recall things from many years ago than recent memories and that improves the strength.

2. Hospice work to help the people who have shorter life span which is learned from the doctors and they are often stayed in home, where the family members and professsional caregivers look after them. But they also can choose a specialised center such as hospitals and nursing homes which is considered as hospice care. This hospice care can involve family members, social workers, counselors who can address the grief of dying and emotions that often come with it.

Palliative care is for the people who have chronic disease but not a life threatening condition. This care help the people to live as active if they suspect their disease is fatal. It helps the people live with symptoms of long running things such as cancer, kidney failure or with side effects of the treaments.Palliative care eep the patient calm and comfortable during the treatment of a serious illness.

3. Pros: It is based on whether the physician is active and the physician should only be healers that focussing mainly on the physician and not enough on the patient. When the healing is not occuring, death is going to happen and the patient not able to tolerate ,then the physician role the shift from healing to reiieve the suffering in accordance with patient wishes. No physician should not force to assist a terminally ill patient to die and it must be a choice for both the patient and physician. According th the lawyers view the deliberative shortening of ones life is sinful and some of the people were accepted by this decision.By the physicians obligations, part of ourjob is to help the people die better in a direct way because it irks me when the doctors say that should not help people die.We need people who are committed to caring for people all the way through to their death as if theybwere family members, committing to relieve their suffering. And sometime that requires helping people to die.

Cons:Physician assisted suicide is fundamentlly incompatible with physician role as healer would be difficult or impossible to control and pose serious risk.Permitting physician to engage in assisted suicide cause more harm than good.According to lawmakers views, this process my diminish the protection offered to the lives of all and allow the killing of people who donot genuinely volunteer to be killed although initially observed, would weaken over time.In the views of legal right the declaration of independence says that we should have the right to pursue life, pursuit of happiness but it doesnot says that we have the right to pursue death, nothing. According to the views of physician the physician job is to heal the disease, and they are trusted to hold the patients good upper most and the patients good, doesnot include the ''death''.

4. Advanced directive help to take important decision in a difficuty condition of your  loved ones and health care team about their health care.Eg; if a person as for help in advance care plan you may want to start conversation with them.It is important part of health care.Advanced directives are legal documents that allow to made medical decision that you cannot mae the decision by yourelf. and donot affect the financial matters. There are two main elements for advanced directives are living will and durable power of attorney for health care.
