Non verbal communication can be defined as the communication that doesn't take placepthrough words but through non verbal cues such as body language, tone of voice, touch etc.
Typically I communicate non verbally through the process of mirroring and matching others body language.

YesY this style of non verbal communication definetely impacts the effectiveness as a communicator. It helps to build rapport with people moremeasily, make them feel at ease and thus not only be a good communicator who people want to listen to but also a good listner.
Non verbal communication will greatly impact the ability to provide client centered care. The client opens up more easily amd trsuts you more easily when a goodgnon verbal communication is practiced such as mirroring. It makes the client feel that the healthcare worker is truly working forftheir betterment and thus communicate their issues and needs more effectively.
