1. What ethical theory do you personally abide by (Utilitarianism, Deontology, Justice as Fairness, Confucianism, Altruism), and what does this theory advocate?

In my perspective, i personally abide by Utilitarianism theory.

Utilitarianism theory advocates that people acts on the maximum number of persons benefit and consider the fairness are mostly adopted in my decision situations. When the decision is take decision maker has to think about all the consequences for the maximum good for all. At the same time these peoples are giving importance to justice and great benefits for all. They also tend to change at the critical situations. At the same time that there is possibility of conflicts may arise in critical situations when they are tend to take important decisions.

2. How did you come to develop your particular style of ethics?

People when there are in responsible situations to make decisions or in a position to guide some others in making decisions are developed to think about the benefits of maximum number of persons benefits. Hence when people are in decision making situation and when ethics play the various ethical theories helps to guide decision making process in order to give correct decision which considers all consequences and gives benefits to all the people. All the ethical theories gives different views and adopts different ways to achieve best decisions in difficult situations. Most of the time the individuals used to adopt different ethical views based on their experience at circumstances. Thus, the decision makers first must understand the decision making styles and also the decision making rules which benefits most of the people and follows justice and fairness.

3. How would your personal ethics affect the way you interact with others, especially others who may or may not share your ethical orientation and outlook?

The decision makers personal ethics affect the way of their interaction with others, especially others who may or may not share the decision makers ethical orientation and outlook. There may be conflicting rules when the decision maker takes a particular decision as a correct decision in certain situations. There may be a chance of changing behaviour in different situations. Based on different circumstances these laeds to change of behaviour.
