Answer: yoghurt can be produce in variety , there are many varieties of yoghurt available and it is also changing with the change in time . Yoghurt is produce by the producer by taking taste of consumers and their preference into consideration, and also yoghurt flavor that is whether the yoghurt is strawberry or plain . It is all depending on the customers demand for the product. Yoghurt is dynamic one. There should be high quality of the product and it should also take into consideration the consistency of the product . It is very difficult to maintain the quality of the yoghurt . As we know that yoghurt is very dynamic product, if some kind of yoghurt is produce by the producers than they need to keep in mind that what type of changes they will face in future in yoghurt , and what strategies they need to make accordingly.
Producers need to focus on the changing pattern of yoghurt , need to gain more knowledge about the different types of yoghurt and also need appropriate training so that they can match the need of the consumers.
To get the product with same quality there is need of treating all the yoghurt same, it is very difficult but it can be done by just treating all yoghurt same and being consistent throughout the process of making yoghurt.
