We all know that covid 19 has become a big curse to all the economies. Here, we should think about a life after this serious pandemic. There should be many changes are going to happen in every sectors of economy. All the employees and employers have a workplace and how it looks like, what measures should be taken, and a good plan should be set up in every organization.
Covid 19 become a greatest challenge to the employees in workplace and also in setting long term business strategy. Some of the important challenges are described as follows:
1. Affects the relationship among employees:
Finding the rhythm and flow of workforce and the operations would be much more difficult in this scenario. Everyone have a fear in their mind to get mingled with others and always keep a distance. Despite a company, the employees have a feel of family among them in earlier days. But now, it will change because of these issues.
2. Increse in expenses:
There is also a chance of increase in expenses mainly for hygiene purposes and for investing in safety equipments. Work health and risks in workplace should be carefully analysed and corrective measures should be takrn as soon as possible. So the company should invest in the health of employees like all inportant activities within the company.

3. Inclusion of more methods to meet risk:
After the pandemic the company should make sure that they include more risk for seeing methodology into their long term planning strategy. As covid 19 is the current senerio insurance agencies have introduced new insurance policy only for this pandemic so once the business is ready to operate they should make sure that had these taken like ways steps to meet any such situation.
4. Difficulty to bring back team work:
As the pandemic is communicable one it is necessary to maintain social distancing because the studies have said that we can't wash this of completely. So the policy no replacing I with We will be difficult as everyone wanted to maintain their own health and life.
5. Conducting of counseling and seminars:
As this is a global fear employees too will have their queries and worries relating to their work. It is the responsibility of the company itself to handle it my giving counseling and seminars on this topic and there by motivating them.
