We all have the wish to get a good job. For that we need somany skills like problem solving, technology skill, confidence etc. I dont do any jobs earlier because i dont finished my studies. I like to do job based on accounting in an international company. To become an efficient account one must be expert in accountancy. Then an accountant needs analytical skill. He must look everything in a detailed manner and make it correct and accurate. The most important skill which needed to an accountant is agility. He want to develop the ability to use variety of technologies. Technologicl skill is very necessary for an accountant. Because the world is changing and new developments are coming. If we have the knowledge of using computer it will help him to do his work speedily, efficiently and correctly. Through agility accountant can adapt to the client assumptions that hey can work with their accounting firm using internet. To become relevant and to make growth in business, an accountant need to use variety of new technologies.Accountants wants the skill for problem solving. They want to able to work cross-functionally to solve problems and provide meaningfull analyses. It will help them to make many achievements in their job.
Then an accountant must be organised. He needed an organisation skill to deal with the other clients in the office. Like that he want a skill to finish the work on time. So it is very neccessary to have time management skill for an accountant. There is chances for an accountant to make mistakes and errors in his calculation. Sometime it will make many problems to the company. So for solving this problem, accountant needed an ability to think critically for solving difficult problems. Then an accountant needen communication skills. If he properly communicate with the clients and collegues about his findings. Accountant can use his communication skills to simplify the vast amount of data at their disposal. Accountant must be ready to adapt changes that happens in protocols, technology, workplace etc.. Accountant should have extensive knowledge about financial statements and how they work.
Every job is a team work. So every accountant needs a team spirit. It will help them to particapate in team projects and collaborating with the collegues, accountant can make good results for their company. Accountant also needed to write many things like emails, other correspondance and also want to write instructions and guidelines for improving the efficiency of the clients.
