Yes, nurses can make an impact on quality of care, nurses are the one who spend more time with the patients bed side. Nurses can increase patient satisfaction and positive care experience. Nurses are the one who delivering care , communicating with patients and family caregivers and taking care of patients needs, thus nurses are high influence on patient experience. Nurses can give good patient education and they can slso give a sense of security and positivity through their empethetic talks and through good communication skills. Nurses are the one who has touch with the personal level , so they are more able to make patient satisfy.

Since the quality care and experience msinly depand on the performance of a nurse, there should be favourable environment for the nurses in all ways, that is better environment make them more energetic and that will positively affect their performance and quality of work. This should ensure by the nurse leader and manager on each level. To establish a supportive worj environment powerful nursing leadership at all level is a necessity. There should be a nurse manager at each level and they should take classes to the nurses , about the bed side care, empethic talks, mental support , this will ultimately increases performances of nurse, measures of safety, quality and patient experiences. Managers and leaders should provide a satisfactory environmant for nurses. Thus direct or indirect , managers and leaders play a role in patient and nurse outcone.
