Job satisfaction refers to how satisfied and happy workers are while doing their related jobs. It tells about if they like or not the nature of their job, organisational behaviour towards them, the aspects of their job and also the managerial supervision on them. It could be measured in affective, cognitive and even in behavioural components.

High job satisfaction simply means that the employees are very much involved and satisfied in their jobs. Outcomes of the same would be:

1. Good Motivated Workforce: Having a high job satisfaction is directly related with a high degree of motivation within the employees to perform in a better way. Thus, employees getting a good enviromment to work in would show the positive signs of motivation within themselves to achieve target goals.

2. Good Productivity and Growth: Showing a good positive motivational sign among themselves, this is directly related with them working with their full potential. Thus, if the employees are working with their full potential that would increase their productivity level at large, making them grow into a better individual and also making the organisation achieve its goals and objectives.

3. Higher Goodwill: At last, organisations tend to having and providing a higher job satisfaction would also have a strategic advantages in the industry where the organisation enjoys a good brand name and goodwill associated with itself. This simply works off well in the industry where because of higher goodwill, more stakeholders get attracted towards your company.

There are a lot of situations where our attitudes we share towards our job would probably shape our behaviour of how we behave in that job or organisation. For example, if your company is giving you good monetary incentives and an inclusive environment to work in, you would feel positive and thus your attitude towards that company would be in a respectful manner where you believe the organisation is actually recognising you and you feel attached towards your work. This would directly relate with your behaviour you would now work in such a manner where you also want your organisation to achieve its goals. Thus, you would work in motivated and best manner, impacting your productivity and growth to increase.
