1) What remedies are available to a seller if the buyer refuses to pay for goods the buyer has accepted?
It is under the sale of the goods act where the plaintiff gets rewarded for the breach of the contract by the defendant. The buyer can seek remedies for non-delivery of the goods or breach of warranty because of the seller. If the buyer refuses to pay for the goods which have already been accepted by the buyer, then the seller can either sue the buyer for the price of the goods or can ask for the remedies for non-performance of the contract which leads to it's a breach. As the goods have already been delivered to the buyer and he/she has received it, so it is needed to pay for the goods which have been accepted.
