I have started thinking of nursing as an art. I mean by this that nurses have to be very good at the art of caring and building a trustworthy relationship with their patients. I also didn't realize how much nurses remember their patients. I always thought that nursing was a tough job and I knew that you always had to do what was best for your patient but I never really thought about the doctor considering the nurse's opinion or how much persuasion they had. I also didn't realize how many options nurses have regarding career choices and I thought it was so amazing to learn about all the different paths a nurse can choose.

Do you agree or desagree? Please explain.

I do agree with the facts. Nursing is an art.Common saying is there saying doctors are brain of the hospital and nurses are heart of the hospital. if brain doesnt work then no issues in hospital and hospital can run without any issues but if heart doesnt work then we should shut down the hospital. so nursing is a tough career and even bed side nursing is something tough one. nurses build trust with thier patients and provide quality care.so many nurses wont remember all patients they care because they take care so many patients in thier career.Nursing is a really tough job and i do agree in some hospital doctors wont consider nurses opinion but in some reputed hospita even doctors consider experience nurses opinion in plan for care. Most of the nurses are do thier best what patient wants. Nurses will have broad career aspects and choices and its good to learn new things in nursing life span.
