I need to come up with a study case following these steps!!

Ethical decision-making is a process that allows individuals to recognize ethical problems and analyze them fully

The common basic steps to resolve ethical dilemmas in business are as follows:

1-Identify relevant facts (situation)

2- Identify relevant issue(s) (problem or area of concern)

3- Identify primary stakeholders (affected stakeholders)

4- Identify possible solutions (list all possible solutions to solve the issue)

5- Evaluate each possible solution (test and evaluate each possible solution)

6- Compare and assess consequences (rank possible solutions and make a comparison)

7- Decide on solutions (select the best possible solutions)

8- Take action (implement the selected solutions)

Answer .So, their is one XYZ Machinery industry in the marketplace which is doing extremely outstanding work in its field. It is awarded with many prizes and appreciation every year. No other industry comes in its competition, But suddently it started loosing its profit and share from the market the employees started panicing about the situation because from their end they were performing like before . But one day CEO organize a metting with the managing department and after analyzing the whole books of account he found out that their were various transactions which where done from the side of CEO himself. But he recalls and found out that those particular transactions were not done by him. So, in this case everybody got worried including shareholders that who is practising this illegal activity in the office beacuse shareholder lost lot of their money because of bad performance in industry in last 6 to 7 months. After inspecting all the details of the industry managing department findout that one employee who was very close to CEO was using CEO personal details illegally and doing transacting on his behalf. After that managing committee called the employe and asked him about his illegal transaction .So, he committed his mistake and said that he didn't know that he will be caught by the industry. After the whole scene managing department compared the biggest consequence of whole event was that they found out that just because of small mistake they lost their goodwill , shares and hardwork of several years . So, after firing him from workplace managing department made a new rule that during every transaction biometreic devices will be used to identify that whether he is same person or not. If anyone found out practising illegal activity in the office premises then legal actions will be taken against him.
