ANXIETY DISORDER:

  • MAKE THE INDIVIDUAL SPEAK OUT THEIR FEARS.
  • INDULGE THE INDIVIDUAL IN INVOLVING WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS.
  • GOOD DIETARY ADVICE ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT FOR A GOOD AND UNDISTURBED SLEEP.
  • INTERACTION WITH THE PERSON IN A POLITE AND CARING MANNER .IT SHOULD BE SHORT AND PRECISE.
  • MAKE THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT MORE PEACEFUL AND PLEASING.
  • REASSURANCE SHOULD BE EFFECTIVE AND SHOULD NOT TRIGGER THE CLIENT'S PAIN AND WORRIES.
  • PROVIDE MASSAGE AND BACK RUB TO ELIMINATE ANXIETY.
  • TEACH THE CLIENT AND THE FAMILY ABOUT THE , SYMPTOMS OF THE DISEASE AND THE EFFECT OF THE TREATMENT.
  • EDUCATION ABOUT COMMUNITY RESOURCES AT THE TIME OF NEED.(SUICIDAL TENDENCY).
