If you have been involved in a situation in the workplace where a feasibility analysis was not done and should have been done and time or money (or worker sanity/happiness) was lost, tell us about it (you can change the names of the parties involved). Based on what you've read about decision filters do you think such a practice might have helped? Please remember to write at least 250 words on this topic.
In a situation like this where I'm working in a workplace and the feasibility analysis has not done and we have wasted a tons of resources in that situation we need to take step very carefully because one more stupid step can make everything more worse. For the very first thing I will do I will gather all the key member in the workplace and will discuss all the statistics carefully we can go for a merge for a quick decision or we can sell out the workplace if we want to. For a second option we can find new strategies or different approaches for our business. As feasibility analysis is basically done before any time and resources are wasted so now time has passed and we have already spent my resources like time cost and other materials and now basically we are in a tough position now we have moved so much forward we have to get what we have. First of all we have to do the economic feasibility in which we have to understand the cost benefit analysis. Then we will do the technical feasibility in which we will do the risk assesment and find solution of that particular risk before moving on. Then we will do the operational feasibility then we will do the control efficiency and the services our product or service is going to or will provide then we will do schedule in which we will do schedule feasibility in this we will go for the optimization resources timeline estimation
