Withing our current office environments, with pressure to be
highly productive, increasing expectations; In this scenario
releasing a new technology is highly stressful for the employess to
learn. It can causes insecurities, physical and mental health
probels etc.
Hearing about the employee concern regarding the new tool
complexity, I would take the following steps:
Step0 : Risk Assessment - Keeping calm; understanding the situation
Step1: Knowledge about the Tool - The Pros , cons & effects of the tool, people being made aware about whom to reach out to regarding the tool
Step3: Technology specific trainings - Basic and Advanced training sessions before it is implemented, so the employees know the basics and the advanced for those wo would be involved working directly with the technology
Step4: Right person for the Right Job - Putting in the right person who would cope up with the technology and work wonders with the full team
Step5: Review Processes & Procedure - checking out whether the reviews and processes are in line, available to all, feasble and workable for all
Step6: Reducing unwanted communication: This way only the concerned people are addressed
