Identify three conditions that would need to be implemented (or have already been implemented) in your organization to create a culture of innovation and change.
In order to create a culture of innovation and change, I would:
1. Allow the employees autonomy and creativity
This would allow the employees to come with a creative solution to problems of the organization as well as be self-motivated to perform better.
2. Include the employees in the decision-making process
This would allow them to feel like a part of the company, appreciated and recognized for their efforts and values and therefore, increase productivity and being innovative.
3. Work for employee enrichment, job satisfaction, and growth as part of HRM
The HR management and the leadership will be focused on increasing the capabilities of the employees, allowing them the ability to make the best possible use of their human resource.
These values create a high functioning company where the employees are motivated to perform, trained and able as well as making proper use of the core competency of the company in order to make innovation possible.
