Usage of Information Technology in Hospital Settings is very important. The main areas where Healthcare IT Is helpful in current hospital practices is 1) Electronic Medical Records- Nowdays hospitals are going paperless reducing need for pages of healthcare information wasting paper ,reduces chances of medical error because of improper handwriting eg: writing 25mg can be mistaken for 2.5 mg if a dot is inbetween because of handwriting .

Also EMR helps in SAP applications (Statistical Analysis) with BIG Data analysis , 2) Patient Billing System :- IT helps in reducing errors in billing generates bills of various utility used in secounds eg: Ventilator daily rent , hospital bed charges, airmattress charge ( eqipment rent + hospital charge = patient charge) 3) Pharmacy :- Billing of drugs indented for patient , Barcoding of medicines ,charges, etc e.g Before patient discharge all addditional machines will be returned to pharmacy as it will show in patients electronic records reducing additional charges .4)TABS AND MOBILE APPLICATION :- Use of tablets for communication between relatives and patients through SKYPE helps patients to be more happier .ARCHITEURAL FRAMEWORK
