Design an OU Structure for your company.
You should have at least 4 separate IT Sub-groups that will need to be delegated access to their own OU sub-structures.
Plan for separating Users, Computers, Groups, and resources like Printers.
Also plan to have a separated Privileged IT Accounts section.
You also have a Helpdesk Group. Plan for appropriate rights for them.
They will need to reset User Passwords.

The organizational unit (OU) hierarchy defines the structure of
a company. Here the company name is IT solution and the company
divide the working functionality into 4 different IT_sub namely IT
sub_A, IT sub_B, IT sub_C, and IT sub_D. Each IT sub has their own
resources such as printers. Each IT subs have their own accounts
department, HR department, IT employee's department. All
departments have their own users and each system assigned to their
own systems such as comp 1, comp 2 etc.
In this organizational unit (OU) main OU is IT solution and sub OUs
are IT sub_A, IT sub_B, IT sub_C, and IT sub_D. IT sub OU contain
HR and account department OU. Here each OU have their own
privileges. The hierarchy shows the level of rights The higher
level departments have the all rights, but lower level has no their
own rights in the organization. .
