your growth and your work both should have a clear cut goal in order for it to be achieved. the same is then reflected in the team and when the same is encouraged for each team member it helps build an atmosphere of self motivated workers which is the very essence of entrepreneur environment.

embrace curiosity

it is important to be curious and constantly research for better and effective ways to do even the simple daily tasks full stop searching for new projects coma asking the correct questions, value in feedback etcetera. this helps build an entrepreneurial mindset and growth atmosphere in the team.

building a network

all of the steps mentioned will take time in order to show the result. Entrepreneurial atmosphere and talent cannot be built in a day but climbing the stairs step by step, building entrepreneur atmosphere is no Rocket Science either. however, the organisation should wait a considerable time and see the results of these methods before implementing new methods or order in the existing ones .
