It also helps to get the new strategic partners while try to connect with the small entrepreneur and individual inventors.

b. Innovative network : As individual creativity and intelligence can be used by the organizations as networking helps employees to be more open on social networking platforms while the leadership must support and govern these employees while must have certain protocols, guidelines etc so that it does not impact them negatively.

c. Technological advancement : Organization can use the technology and social networks to promote and market their products instead of following only traditional marketing tactics as it will help to save time while reach out to maximum number of potential customers.
