In your opinion, Describe your current process for self-management. Self-management refers to a combination of behaviors that focus on how people manage themselves in their work and their life. Aspects of self-management include how well we get ourselves places on time, do we meet important deadlines, how well we manage the important relationships in our lives, and how well we manage our own emotions and the emotions of those we interact with. In thinking about your own self-management style, do you find that your current self-management practices are successful? What changes do you feel you need to make or anticipate making in order to be successful in college and through the current health challenges we are facing as a society? Please help me!! Thank you!!
Self-management practices are how one manages self or taking responsibility for own's behavior and well being. As time change so the self-management needs to evolve accordingly. If I look into my self-management I am satisfied and happy as there is a great balance between my personal and professional life.I am able to manage my whole environment in a balanced and healthy way.

The first thing you need to do is Prioritize your task. Make a to-do list and organize yourself accordingly. Be aware about the problem and be calm and composure in your attitude. In today's scenario, nothing is fixed hence the scope of flexibility is very important. Technology and environment both change fast hence don't be stubborn, always be part of the solution and enhance your understanding. Be professional and disciplined. Professionalism is not always related to one formal work or in other words office work but it is related to the routine one follows. Discipline in life is very important to achieve any target. On the health side too one must follow the discipline and a regular routine to maintain it. Both things go hand in hand. One cannot take special time out for a specific activity . You need to merge both and focus on both and be organized as both are priorities if one is not healthy the desire to achieving set goals will not be accomplished. Be consistent , focused and organized all will help in managing your self in the best possible way.one's emotions, thoughts, and behaviors play an important role in self-management.
