So, considering the statement mentioned here which is "Dogs are better than Cats" , the communication erros which can lead to negative results would be:
1. Justifying the statement: We have to make our statement to be justified. We can't simple say that dogs are better than cats. This would create a negative idea in the mind of the listener without even knowing if that person likes cat more or dogs. That person would thus consider this communication error to judge us where we are just implying our statement and not making everyone happy and that could result in negative outcomes like dissatisfaction.
Thus, the statement should be presented in such a manner where the diplomacy could make it sound like both parties would be satisfied. It should be designed in such a manner where people agree with your communication style and doesn't have a negative impact: "Dogs are good but Cats are not bad Either."
2. Feedback analysis: Another communication error that could take place would be the Feedback analysis. By saying "Dogs are better than Cats" you are not even asking people to give their feedbacks, reviews or statements regarding what they think about this figure? Do they agree or not. Consensus of the people and their opinion are very important otherwise the communication would result in negative outcomes like ineffectivity and loss of the concentration by the listener. Thus, to keep them interact, frame the statement like the question : "Are Dogs better than Cats?" to keep them interested and satisfied to give their opinions!
