Ans:- many time in our carrier as a nurse or as a doctor we encounter with these kind of patient who are non compliance and they don't follow our instructions..

There are some verbal and some action taking intervention that we can follow.

  1. MAINTAIN YOUR RATIONALITY- give some proper reason to patient that he have to follow our instructions to improve in his health condition other wise it will be difficult.
  2. MAKE THAT PATIENT FEEL ABOUT HIS RESPONSIBILITY:- means actually its our responsibility to treat him but of he is not following our instructions then we have to make him feel that it's your life, your family, your friends.. who are so attached to you so depending on you .. how can you do this.
  3. DEVELOPE A THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AND AMONG THE PATIENTS this will allow the patient to gain trust from the nurse and will boost confidence to complete the treatment.
  4. INVOLVE THE PATIENT IN PLANNING A PROPER TREATMENT FOR HIM/HER:- it will increase greater chance of achieving positive outcome.
  5. ADJUST THE TREATMENT TO PATIENT LIFE STYLE:- ofcourse it will help a lott to patient and he will do it happily.
  6. SUPERVISE THE PATIENT UNTIL COMPLIANCE IMPROVE.

Let us take an example of health care services that transcends country boundaries. Let us take treatment services when a patient travels to another country. How does a patient traveling to another country and paying for his/her treatment relate to national and global trade opportunities? How does an organization, in this case a health care insurance or agency, benefit from individual’s decision to cover their treatment while on international travel? Thanks.
