The science behind the attachment theory clarly states that without safe and secure relationships we bcome emotionally isolated, which leads to the devastation of the human nervous system. This emotiinal isolation effects our health, our sleep patterns and most important emotional isolation can be deadly.

The primary motivating principles in human beings and for survival whetherbit is the home or the office, maintaining a secure and safe relatioship is essential. Threats whether they are real or perceived, in the attachment theory will drives towards the protective figure such as boss, leader or parent.

Work is the place where the employees spend their majority of time in working. the attachments they have in the work place should also be safe and secure beacuse they have to frequently interact with the other employers at the office. Mostly it is observed that many of the employers will work with very few intimates they have and with whom they feel safe and secured. they will use those relationshios for their growth and exploration. It is the responsibility of the leader to create an environment that fosters group cohesiveness and help them to grow, learn and to thrive.Generally if the quality of the relationships increases in the work culture with a mission and vision, every one in the workplace will benefit from a more sustainable and healty work environment.
