I am having trouble organizing, Every time i write and essay and or even a paragraph I end up with an unorganized in conclusize writting.
how can I orgaize with out writting to much un necassry information.

For this course, students are required to write a Report on a disease/condition and prepare a PowerPoint Presentation.
Both are due in the beginning of Module 13:
Report is due by 11 p.m. on Monday, 4/9/18
PowerPoint Presentation is due by 11 p.m. on Monday, 4/9/18
Response/thread to another student’s Presentation is due by 11 p.m. on Thursday 4/12/18.
Guidelines for writing the report are as follows:
The Report is due in Module 13 by 11 p.m. on Monday, 4/9/18
At least four pages, not including the cover page or the resources list (160 points)
12 font, including cover page
1" margins (left, right, bottom and top)
APA formatted bibliography and in-text citations
Cover page
Arial or Times New Roman font; 12 font
Pages numbered (enumerated)
Double-spaced
Must follow the AACC Academic Integrity guidelines

Use the following headings for the different sections in the order given below:

Etiology (the cause of)
Epidemiology: includes prevalence, incidence, mortality and morbidity
Signs and symptoms

Treatment modalities (e.g. medications, exercise, therapies, surgery)
Patient Resources and education, must include the following information:
Health Maintenance (e.g. diet, nutrition, exercise)

Guidelines for the Power Points are as follows (50 points):
The PowerPoint Presentation initial post is due on the first day that Module 13 opens (Monday, 4/9/18 at 11 p.m.).
Students are then required to post a response/thread to at least one other student’s PowerPoint Presentation comparing and contrasting between their PowerPoint and the other student’s PowerPoint by Thursday, 4/12/18 at 11 p.m.
Responses/threads must be at least one paragraph (5 sentences), follow APA guidelines, utilize and apply medical terminology appropriately, and conform to academic writing principles.
At minimum, 10 slides
Must include and integrate:

Treatments
Patient Resources and education
A PowerPoint is bulleted information (4-6 bullets per slide)
Be creative – use of pictures and graphics is encouraged

Introduction:
A type of cancer which starts in ovaries. Ovaries are present in side of the uterus on each sides and produces eggs as well as estrogen and progesterone hormone.
Etiology:
Idiopathic in nature
Errors in DNA mutation
Symptoms:
Early stage of cancer manifests rarely.
Advanced stages may exhibit symptoms like:
Weight loss
Abdominal bloating
Pelvic discomfort
Frequency in urination is more
Altered bowel habits like constipation
Feeling of fullness when eating
Epidemiology:
It is more common in elderly women of 50-60 years of age
Mortality rate was 7.4 per 100000 women per year
New cases was 11.7 per 100000 women per year
Diagnosis:
Pelvic examination
Imaging tests: CT, Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
Blood test for tumor markers,like CA 125
Treatment:
Combination of surgery with chemotherapy [intraperitoneal].
Surgery may be of removing one or both the ovaries and uterus.
Palliative care in advanced stages.
Diet and exercise:
Fresh fruits and vegetables to get antioxidants.
Exercise to prvent fatigue and weakening of muscles
