Describe the importance of attachment on the development of infants and toddlers. Infant attatchment is healthy for the child in its development and growing years.aaaAttatchment comes from the parents and mainly the care givers.It provides a sense of security to the infant .Sensitivity plays an important role in caregivers attatchment .Attatchment prenting paractices are required for a child's need for truat and empathy,and it provides life time security in relationships.Infants are born with a strong desire to ne nurtured either by the mother or the caregiver to enhance the emotional and physical development and cognitive abilities of the child.Attatchment is fundamental for the social functioning of the child.Toddlers and infants learn about their relationships only through the attatchment they recieve from their parents and caregivers.
Children often tend to feel secure outside their environment ,and the main contact is the caregivers.In the classroom the caregivers are the main form of contact and its important for the child to feel secure.So attention must be paid to provide the emotional security required for the children.The important factors are small groups or number of children should be limited to the cargivers.Quality of physical environment is important ,afriendly and healthy motivating environment,promoting the cultural needs of the child,eliminating language barriers,
