Their reasons for success are:

created an environment that values and includes all the employees
to improve its processes.
- Mentoring programs: The employees are trained
and guided on quality work delivery.
- Team work: The employees are encouraged to
work collaboratively, embrace diversity and support each other in
their roles.
Examples of inclusive programs are:

living standards.
- Educating and training diverse communities and employees on
importance of participating in clinical matters to protect their
health.
