Any environmental factor that can produce a permanent abnormality in structure or function,restriction of growth,or death of an embryo or foetus. Examples are radiation,maternal infections,chemicals,drugs etc

Comorbid

Comorbidity refers to the presence of more than one disorder in the same person and says that one disorder is comorbid to another. Eg. Comorbid anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder exists in same invidual.

Developmental psychopathology

It is defined as the expansive approach to understand the processes and pathways to abnormal and normal psychic development.

Elderspeak

It is slow ,simplified,communication similar to baby talk with simple vocabulary,short sentences etc. It is frequently used to talk with older people

Ageism

WHO defines ageism as the stereotyping,prejudice and discrimination faced by pages people on the basis of age.

Alzheimer's disease

It is the progressive neurological disorder that destroys memory and other mental functions.primarily cause dementia.

Parkinson disease.

It is the disorder of central Nervous system that cause nerve cell damage and affects movemets. Results in shaking stiffness.,difficult in balance etc.

These seven terms are related to the physical ,mental and social helath of a person to a large extend.

In the mother's womb itself,teratogens can harm a foetus structurally and functionally and affects the future of him/her.

Comorbid related to anxiety and depressions also affects the day to day life of an individual mentally and thus socially. This can badly affects their future.

Developmental psychopathology also related to psychiatry.normal and abnormal development of a juvenile can be understood.And thus make them fit to live their future in the society.

Elderspeak mainly helps elderspeak individuals to communicate with the fellowbeings and give them a feeling of mental security.

Ageism harmfully effects the mental health of old people and made them everyday challengeful.
