Discuss the limitations / critiques against S-D logic and their relevance in today’s markets. Do you think S-D logic can be universally applied to today’s markets? Why or Why not?
The limitations/critiques against S-D logic is that it is not an effective means to extend benefits and gain from mutual competencies. Since human beings by nature are selfish, hence mutual help is not regarded in true sense and hence critiques are of the opinion that there are internal fallacies in this logic since humans won't mutually help each other and won't extend their competencies to others without a selfish motive of their own. Hence the relevance of S-D logic in today's market is not much since the logic is not full proof and lacks human intent to benefit out of the competencies of others.
In my opinion, S-D logic cannot be applied universally in today's markets because of the fallacies in the logic as highlited above. The logic depends upon the intent of humans to help others and extend the advantages of their internal competencies to others without a selfish motive of their own and their faiulre to extend help if mutual help is not received. Since the logic fails to solve the purpose, hence it cannot be extended universally to today's markets.
