  • How will the new product compare and compete with similar, currently available products? How can labeling and package design help?
  • Consider the labeling for the new product idea. What restrictions and legal requirements have to be fulfilled?
  • Consider the packaging for the new product ideas. If applicable, what sizes will be available? How will the packaging help the product to stand out? How will the packaging help prevent or deter theft?
  • Feel free to attach images to your post, or include links to similar products that might have similar characteristics to the new one you are developing.

My new product is a hair color shampoo.This hair color shampoo can help consumer to color their hair just by applying it in bathroom for 10 minutes and wash their hair and they get their hair color done. This shampoo is natural and chemical free. This shampoo comes in 4 different colors like natural black, burgundy, cherry red, golden brown.

My new product is targeted to customers who are old and does not want things messy because applying hair color takes time and messy thing. Customers can just apply and wash with their hands. Customers who have greys like old people, customers who likes to change thier hair color and show off in friends group, fashion trend setter etc. Customers who wants to party but have no time to go to saloon or dye their hair so they can use this hair color shampoo.

The packaging is very important for my product. This shampoo will come in pumping plasting bottle so consumer just pump the amount they want to use and apply it. The plastic bottle will be best to prevent it from shattering.

This product will also be available in small pouches for one time use.The pacakging will use faces of celebrities to influence customers.

The tag line will be " Have your personal hair saloon at home".the label will include all instructions and direction to use and what people should ignore as warnings. like do not use soap or other shampoo after using this shampoo for 30 minutes.
