How and why did the experiences of immigrants vary depending on their point of origin, and how did American culture change because of immigration?

Solutions

Expert Solution

There are biases and prejudice in the minds of every people for people of different origin. african American migrants who migrated after world war 1 from south to north America have faced various discrimination from the white settlers. They were not allowed to settle in the main town and forced to reside in the outskirts. employers would always prefer a white American unless he had to offer a less wage to African-American. White American were prejudiced that African American migrants are inherently violent thus involved in crimes more often than not.

At the same point white migrants from north to south America had different experience. They had to face the tough competition because south America had cheap labor, economy more based on Agriculture rather than industries. Moreover, they had to face the ire of African American, especially those who had faced any discrimination by white Americans. They feel that it is their opportunity to settle the scores.

The flux through both surfaces is changed. 2.If the radius of the spherical Gaussian Surface is varied, the...
