PSW could do following interventions to help reduce the anxiety of client. 1_ Firstly communicate with client ,let client express their feelings. Clamly listen to client and support him mentally. Suggest things that will help client to reduce anxiety like listening to music, deep breathing, interactions with loved ones, relaxation, proper sleep.

2_ Yoga, deep breathing exercises, massage on body, cognitive therapy, anti anxiety medications are some of the other ways to reduce anxiety.
