1. Slowing metabolism

2. Lower activity levels

3. Dehydration

4. Changing taste buds

There are so many things to increase the appetite

Examples:

1. Create a routine: you should follow the time and eating  schedule evaru day at same time

2. Eat with others : depression and loneliness is the main thing for loss of appetite

3. Fight dry mouth: during the medication mouth became dry to avoid that brush their teeth before the eat to help the appetite return

4 drink meals instead: some have dental problems so in that cases we should prefers juice, soft drinks, smoothie, soups rtf.,

5 suggest some appetite stimulants

6 make it special for attract and encourage
